Brumell:
This release, must be read carefully, I found myself having to read it over a few times, to fully understand it, and I have taken advantage of the low price. Notice they staked more...very good indication.

Dumont Confirms Raglan Horizon At Lac Raglan And Doubles Land Holdings

TORONTO, ONTARIO--July 23, 1999--During its first two weeks of its
1999 exploration field season, Dumont has confirmed the
continuation of the Raglan Horizon on its Lac Raglan Property at
locations LR6 and LR7, located to the north of initial drilling at
LR1 and LR2. Drilling at LR6 and LR7 commenced on July 22, 1999.

Dumont has identified a distinctive sequence of sediments (the
"Footwall Sediments") as a marker below the Raglan Horizon. The
Footwall Sediments occur in the footwall of the Katinniq and
Donaldson Mines. Dumont has identified the Footwall Sediments in
contact with overlying ultramafic flows at target areas LR6 and
LR7 approximately 5 km east of the Donaldson Mine.

LR6 is a peridotite body 1700 m long with two 100 m thick lobes;
disseminated sulphides occur over a strike length of 600 m in the
east lobe; dunites were observed at the base of the west lobe.
LR7 is a peridotite body 1300 m long with two 100 m thick lobes;
two boulders with disseminated sulphides were discovered. At
both LR6 and LR7, the peridotites are in contact with the Footwall
Sediments. Four drill-holes are planned - one in each lobe.

Dumont has also identified a distinctive pyroxenite unit in the
hangingwall stratigraphy above the peridotites, thereby enabling
Dumont to optimize exploration along the Raglan Horizon.

Dumont has completed eight drill-holes (1,552 meters) at targets
LR1 and LR2. No economic values were obtained at LR1 or are
expected at LR2. Dumont had previously modelled the Raglan Horizon
as passing through LR1 and LR2. It has become clear that LR1 and
LR2 are lower in the stratigraphy and to the south of where the
Raglan Horizon passes through Dumont's property at LR6 and LR7.

Dumont also announces that it has staked in its own name three new
Exploration Permits covering 336 sq. km. on the interpreted
extension of the Raglan Horizon to the east of its initial
holdings and around a fold nose to the north east. Reconnaissance
mapping has confirmed the presence of the Footwall Sediments
underlying komatiite flows at the fold nose, which is located 45
km to the east of LR6. Dumont has identified the Raglan Horizon
for a further 20 km on the north limb to the NW and has staked an
additional 25 km of potential Raglan Horizon further to the NW. To
date, Dumont has identified nineteen targets with magnetic
anomalies (characteristic of peridotite bodies) in contact with
the Footwall Sediments. Mapping of these 19 targets has
commenced.

Dr. Jon North, Vice President, Exploration, in a statement said
"In preparing Dumont's 1999 drilling program based on data from
the 1998 field season, we planned to test two possible locations
for the Raglan Horizon on our property: the LR1-LR2 horizon and
the LR6-LR7 horizon. In the first two weeks, we have explored
and obtained critical information that enabled us to conclude that
LR6 andLR7 are on the Raglan Horizon. We have also established
that targets on the north contact of the Footwall Sediments
continue much further to the east than previously known and we now
control over 65 km of this key horizon."
