at least 50% of vendors are lying based on the experience of Bell South and other companies that actually bothered to independently verify compliance claims.

Now, go back to people polls and look at questions 13 and 14 specifically. Did you notice how few companies (12.1%) are doing on site inspection to verify readiness? But more than one-third believe that "almost all vendors are ready."

Hmmm...Interesting...

So much for the "feelings" of the high tech community, eh?

I wonder how those Bell South and other Florida companies are "feeling" these days? Probably not as chipper and self-assured as the majority of respondents above.
