JDX shareholders will not get any preference in the Medsite.com IPO. I would be great but retail guys like us never get breaks like that.

If you like that kind of program, check out Safeguard Scientific (SFE/NYSE). It's a tech incubator which gives it's shareholders rights to purchase proportions of their IPOs based on the shareholder's holdings in SFE. I am not an SFE shareholder.
