If I had to put a dollar value on a deal with MTV Networks and their parent Viacom, with the very limited understanding I have at this time, its worth a min. of 50 million, alone.

Have you heard the numbers they are talking for MP3, IPO??? Rio alone could be worth what S3 will be investing in DIMD.
