AJ it is possible, but imho, not probable

according to SEC filings by NOPT there is very little in the way of contractual right of ways required for such a business

there is no value add, other than the 'proposed' fibre pipe

NOPT acknowledges that expected revenues will not cover debt issues to the same companies that appear to be majority shareholders and NOPT has neglected to obtain contractual right of ways

it appears that NOPT exchanged a debt instrument with the same companies which handcuffed them in just about any form of asset sale, exchange or association as well as apparently prohibits them from raising additional debt

MCOM was never like this, and imho is still a good short
