luc i don't think the significance of today's press release has sunk in and i guess it doesn't help that nasdaq is down big time today, from my initial analysis of the press release, its excellent news 1.Cybersurf receives $12 million cash 2. pays CALL NET 7 million FOR networking services.. cybersurf would have to have paid this anyway . this will help with the TORONTO and Vancouver launch 3. CALL NET has warrants to buy 7 million shares at $5.00 a share over next 3 years, if warrants exercised means $35 million this is excellent news, and moves CYBERSURF to the next stage of being a national isp provider . lm
