ORCL has had quite a run up. Look at CHRZ the laggart just recommended to double.

Although it basically only equaled diminished expectations by reporting earnings of $0.23 a share, we have nudged up our high valuation for Computer Horizons (CHRZ) to $28 and our buy limit to $14.00 after the information technology company was awarded a
"substantial enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management Program Office assignment," by one of its major longterm customers, Prudential, and it reported that second quarter revenues grew 15.5% over the year ago period, despite shrinking Y2K related sales, as e-business sales were strong.
