EDnet Changes Trading Symbol
SAN FRANCISCO, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Digital Network, Inc. (EDnet, Inc.) (OTC Bulletin Board: DNET - news) today announced the change in their trading symbol to EDNT effective with trading as of July 22, 1999. The Company is concerned that many traders will be unaware of the change, which could result in the sale or purchase of shares other than EDnet. Under Nasdaq rules, new companies that begin trading on their national or small cap exchanges have the right to acquire trading symbols of Over The Counter, Bulletin Board (OTC: BB) firms. The BB company has no rights under this rule. Nasdaq will be publishing this change to ''EDNT'' in their daily report to the investment community on July 22, 1999.

EDnet will be reporting its third quarter financials on August 15, 1999.
