... from JSS ... David, I got your message and do not have much to report right now. As you are probably aware, the current situation is the NASD has only authorized Capital Bay to make a market in ANYI. The result is you cannot get a bid/ask unless you are using a Level II machine and the spreads have been ridiculous. We have had information requested from half a dozen or so other market makers, and expect Herzog, Heine and Geduld to come on soon -- they are simply waiting for the NASD to give them the green light. Others are probably also not too far behind, but the NASD has just been dragging their feet on this one. Once we do get more market makers and the bid/ask starts showing up and the spread is reduced we will recommence our promotion. There simply is no reason to do so now since all we get are calls asking when we will trade since no one can see the bid/ask. Today especially we have noticed a lot of the BANY dividend holders selling their dividends. The average trade size was quite small for the majority of the day (60 or so shares). Even with the limited market, we are pleased to see this because most large holders are waiting for much higher prices. When we opened we saw what a little buying could do, so we are not too concerned about the current state of affairs. On the BANY front the day traders are having a field day. Many jumped in expecting a double or triple in an hour and have pounded it down not getting what they want. The second ANYI starts going back up they will do the same thing again. It will probably take a couple of weeks for the volatility in BANY to settle once ANYI finds a nice, stable trading range. But I will share with you that based on my conversations with our largest shareholders there are less than 200,000 shares of ANYI available under $50. These things are usually self-fulfilling prophecies so it is really only a matter of time until things turn up once again. I hope this helps bring you up to speed on what I'm seeing on my end. As always, if there is ever anything I can do for you, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, J. Scott Sitra Anything Internet President and Chief Executive Officer
