Seamus, Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't ESAT use EIR's underground lines and switches... I have heard of Esat, but I wasn't including them in my statement because I thought they merely "tapped" in...similar to the way T tapps into GTE in the states. I admit I am not an expert on Irish telecommunications (by a long shot), but I thought I had a decent understanding. If you have any comments on Esat and how they relate to EIR, and subsequent future change in stock price, I would be very interested to hear it. Thanks for the information. Geoff
