Portion of the NAV reflect the future cash flows discounted at 5%; however, if you mean the cash flow from Net Smelter Return (NSR) and Net Profits Interest (NPI) specific to Barrick and Newmont the answer is no.

But you can easily figure that out yourself. Determine the amount ABX and NEM will produce from property paying royalty to FN.TO. Than calculate NSR and NPI based upon, an assumed POG, and volumes of production.
