That fall rate is pretty amazing - terminal freefall velocity for a skydiver is only about twice that rate. Try the 'ole death spiral on your simulator. -g-

Got a couple of advertising flyers from Ruykhauser this week - he says that if you had listened to him and bought at the bottom last year, you'd have made spectacular gains, which is true - he also says that only worrywarts sell when stocks drop - he doesn't say where to get the cash to buy the bottoms when you're practicing buy-and-hold, maybe you have to buy his newsletter to get the explanation.
