ICO is looking like they are wavering in their commitment, but the sats are built, I would think they will fly - a lot of momentum in the system. Things may get delayed for them to get on some other launchers, or they may roll the dice and go with the current line up. I would expect them to get some favorable concessions from the current launch crews also. Time will tell.

I dont see I* going away. It may take them a couple of years to get the numbers up, but the world wide aspect has bunches of appeal to various groups. In all truth, it hurts G* for I* to stumble along. The assets are in place and the minutes are just slipping away. I* will keep dropping the price. If it was not for the poor on-orbit health record and the 'with a hole, it is a no go' aspect of the constellation, I would have been out of G* some time ago. G* is still the best out there, just not set up as well as I think it could be.

One word of caution here, G* has not had a single on orbit failure. (that has been reported) I would be very surprised if that is maintained through to system start up.

Might keep some powder dry for these two buy opportunities this year: On the report of a sat failure (if there is any) and when the first user numbers are put out.

Lets get those two remaining Deltas up and then see where we stand.
