Yes, ciVic. DRGI acquisitions will make the company significantly more valuable. I am still working on valuation. Meanwhile the RS stuff being passed around is scaring people off. The company is NOT going to do a RS until the stock price STABLIZES in the .15 range OR ABOVE.
Still, I am going to talk to Carl Smith about waving off the RS. It is not that important to me but is is to many others.
