Kevin,

I hardly think that one needs to be an expert in biotechnology stocks to see that unsubstantiated allegations of stock fraud are wrong. Real people and real companies are being accused of illegal conduct. That's serious in my book. At any rate, this is a pointless conversation that won't lead either of us to make any money. We do congregate on this website because we think it will help us make money, right? I choose to do that through an open and honest discussions of stocks. Others choose to do that through hype, spam, and potentially illegal allegations because they think they can move a stock. It's all a matter of style. I just like mine better.

Have a good one.

Dan, (Sorry Kevin, this should have been addressed to Dan Zimmerman).

Somehow you have missed the point. This thread is a basher thread and that is why I read it. Usually, I'm a lurker and not a poster because of my inexperience in stocks. However I simply believe that an investor can make more money, safely, shorting stocks than by going long. Thus by your continuing to spam GUMM, you've managed to waste my time.

Voluntary disclosure: I'm into herbs--one of the greatest arthritis remedies is grape seed extract, if taken on a regular basis. Taken along with vitamin C, it helps to lessen the effect of colds and limits their duration. Available from at least a dozen sources, including WALMART and GNC.
