i am sorry that you did not get in but i am not sure what you are complaining about. the procedure (good or bad) was specified in the emails.

Give it a break. Everyone had the same rules. Yeah, you may have to stay up on the east coast to perform in accordance with the rules laid down. On the west coast, we have to get up at 0500 to perform in the markets. No time zone class actions, please. Should we sue because you may have information before we do out here because we were still sleeping? Of course not. Neither should you because you were sleeping. The time zone knife cuts both ways. When these things are pricing, there's a premium on vigilance. It's ONLY 100 shares for goodness sake and a first time for directed shares from a CMGI company. Relax, this is more entertainment than investing. Remember, there's always another deal and for sure, another .com IPO. Best Regards, Dave
