Souze & Steve -- EDITED version:

Thanks to both of you for your latest (very quick) responses to my queries. Knowing where to check for the sever info really helps -- I've just-now switched to the "herndon-r02" site -- and while it seemed to fix some of the errors at-first, things have now already deteriorated again to the point where I don't trust ANYTHING I'm seeing on the screen (thank heaven I have "myTrack" as a backup!!)).

If QCharts can't get their act together enough to ensure accurate data, I'll be gone within a week of signing-up.

Steve: agreed about the customer-service, also -- it should NEVER be this hard to reach somebody who can actually offer assistance (I've sent THREE messages to "support" so far today, and haven't heard-back yet on ANY of them). I was recently on a trial-run of the "A-T Attitude" program, which worked great and for which I was always able to speak with a service-person within moments. I'm not signing-up for their regular program for cost reasons, and because I thought QCharts could provide much of the same data. But if I can't rely on their info, I'll have to re-think things.

Thanks again to both of you, and Take Care...
