Nathan and John Our products are configurable in many ways. As you all recall, we recently announced introducing SNMP which is used to configure the units using common network management protocols. It does not interrupt the service. I believe that this is as sophisticated as you can get. For historic reasons, we have a manual configuration switch on the back of the unit and we have an RS232 port that can be used for configuration. Hatim
