The coffee pot is boiling over and Mr. Stager continues to complain. I am new to investing, and MDMI was one of my first. My daughters and I have been watching, buying and sporting T-shirts all summer, not to mention doubling our invested dollars!

I am encouraged by the recent activity in this stock, and even though I have sold some, I will continue to hold the rest.

Perhaps Mr. Stager should just sell out of this worthless little gem of a stock and go somewhere else.

Confused but happy...

Valerie

From La Guardia GFS:

Mr. Stager, upon reading your most recent post, and speaking with Dana Verrill, we would respectfully request that you liquidate your position in MDMI and cease posting on this thread. You continually make false statements. You have posted completely erroneous press releases (April 1, 1999) which your are currently under investigation for by Business Wire, and we feel that your presence here is detracting.

We realize that you will not heed this request, but we would like to be on record as making it. We want the investing public to be fully aware of your tactics.

The Albertson's deal is still in its evaluation period, and the financials will be released no later than late Jan. 2000, when the 10k is to be filed with the SEC. Mr. Verrill has told us on several occasions that he will do his best to expedite this process, but he is making no definitive promises.

The heavy volume and price appreciation we have experienced over the past 2 sessions is attributed to months of hard work by honest MDMI shareholders, MDMI and management and La Guardia's efforts in bringing in new long term buyers, based on extensive due diligence.

We look forward to MDMI's continued success!

Sincerely,

Phil Hernandez
Public Relations
La Guardia GFS
