This silence did not prevent SEC action. If Digitcom is checking SI, let's make news public quickly. Whatever that may be. Even if DGIV is losing gizillions of dollars. Remember YHOO,EBAY and others also did. They followed them with projections and future business. "I cannot say anything because it will come back to haunt us and you will hold our feet to the fire." :This attitude has not worked; DGIV has been stopped from trading exactly because of that. Not wrong information but lack thereof. They basically have one more day. If they don't have financials, lets have a date on that and a statement what they have given to SEC..contracts, past financials, pro forma statements, what?? "I spoke with Cheryl Mitchell a few minutes ago and still now word whatsoever from DGIV." I don't get it. If Cheryl has gotten no word at all from DGIV, then where in the world did that long email that she sent, which I posted, come from? Her head? I thought there was at least a small modicum of "offical" pronouncement on that email. And as to the financials taking a "few more weeks" as Roger said.....let me just say this...1) they were saying before this SEC problem that financials would be ready by the end of JUNE.....2) In a personal conversation I had with Roger about A YEAR AGO, he told that the only reason that the financials weren't ready THEN was that the auditors were out of the country, and soon as they got back, the financials would be ready. Roger....were you lying to me? Roger...are you a liar? Just curious Roger. Folks...you have to take what they say with a view to what they have done in the past. "The past is prologue."
