mod, are you new to the English language? You don't seem to have a very keen grasp on the definitions of words. That's why I gave you the definition straight from the dictionary. Of course, as is standard mod practice you attempt to dodge the issue and toss in all sort of irrelevant stuff. Sort of like never answering how saying the price of stocks fluctuate is 'bashing' SBTK.

Trade secrets are not 'exhibits'. The fact that they are secret precludes them from being 'exhibits'. "Confidential exhibit' is an oxymoron.

Please explain to me why someone would bid for 30K shares
at $25 right on the close. Do you think they really wanted a fill?
Why did they wait until the last second? Could it have been a fake bid?
