Gary, I too have gone to approximately 70% cash and am waiting for the OSX to retest the 72 level. There seems to be strong support at that level dating back into '98. I certainly hope you are correct about FLC, that is currently my only holding for long term and I would love to add more between 8 and 9. But I wonder if that is a realistic number or a wishful projection. I have been monitoring the institutional watch for this stock and there has been considerable buying action for weeks. I cannot see them turning so quickly. Any specific thoughts on FLC? hdr
