Hope you are just as good on your prediction to 140 in April 2k.
Thanks.

Morgan, Did you read this post earlier from Zanga?

>> One point that I think we should look at is the very small amount that went into the unearned revenue account ($44 million) They usually put in about $400 million. Last Qtr they put in over $600 million. If they had put around $400 million into the unearned revenue account the earnings this month would be around $.33. Can someone comment on this? <<

This seems significant to me but no one commented on it. Is the cookie jar being emptied or is this insignificant?

Bill

Morgan, I learned a good lesson today. You can't be long a stock like MSFT and be bearish on the market as a whole. It has to really be one or the other. I guess i just had a mental block that stopped me going negative on the stock---i have been going with my heart on this company and using logic to evaluate the rest of the market. It is a pyschological factor i have just overcome today (i think).
Did not bother to try my short term options daytrade after MSFT dropped so much. Instead, hedged a little bit.

I increased my short on the Dow index---did not get the chance to the get the QQQ (or my target Sunw) as the Nasdaq moved down a lot faster than the Dow. Settled for the Dow and got in at a good time.
Still hoping for a bounce in the Nasdaq to go short on some stocks or the index (will avoid MSFT directly as my mental block might effect my trading).

I am expecting the selloff will be rapid---so we get to some flat trading period. Who knows---the big drops could be over by the end of July on a short term basis.

BTW--Still expecting a MSFT bounce back going into the analyst meeting but maybe i am thinking with my heart again.
