Capt,

I think Faber knows we get a CEO with the Qtr. I think we will end up getting a renewed interest with the CEO hitting the ground running rather then having to think about his mission. Cut $2 billion OpExs and Make the E-commerce piece hum. This guy Hellman is a nuts and bolts guy so the Street will accept anyone like him as a statement that the job is underway not being thought about. The street will then value the stock based on what they can get comfortable with for the year 2000 projected earnings. Our present multiples will change real fast after that.

Additionally,I think that Rosen was coy in the CC and said that a loss of 15 cents would be the worse. He will find some room to surprise with better then expected the old yaddi yaddi yaddi I only loss 10 cents.share when you were expecting 15 cents. WS has a short memory when it comes to earning warnings and revisions.
