I have never professed to "know it all" when it comes to anything, much less First United. And I have already said that in my contacts with First United I found them to be sleazy and untrustworthy (and I know they folded their tents, which also tells you something). I know their IPO of Momma Tish was a debacle. And it would not surprise me if First United had a decidedly negative SEC history, though I wouldn't post about it until I knew the facts.

But it is you who are making statements suggesting that Van Gothner has some ominous connection to John Gotti based on his prior association with First United. I have already said that I think your post is nonsense and defamatory. I think you are the one that should be educating us to the "facts" regarding First United's "SEC history", and the facts regarding its alleged ties to organized crime, and then maybe you can tell us how it relates to ATG, which it doesn't. Guilt by association? I mean, since you are the one trying to establish a connection and claim that it is meaningful, please clue us in to the "facts".

The fact that you are dredging up First United for the third or fourth time and making an argument based on "guilt by association" tells me that there must be very little else in your arsenal of disparagement to work with. Lame, AG. Lame.
