But the reality is that if a technically illiterate and ignorant person sells MS as a solution then they need an blame it on someone else policy. Those kind of folks would still prefer to stick their hand in boiling water then use Linux. The reality of Linux is that it's a clean lean mean superb peice of software and does not need anywhere near the support of MS os VIRI. The most likely mindset of the higher inteligence users of Linux is to use free or low cost support.

Now I can see Redhat selling consulting services, but again they don't employ enough people to generate the revenue to support a very high stock price.
