Kip: As you know, Bossard is suing Shant H. for 1/3rd of Visionstar, a GEO satellite venture that Shant hid from his CT&T partners (the other 2 partners are Vahak H. and Bossard). It looks like Bossard is pulling out entirely from SPDE, since he had already sold 600K shares during the previous 5 months. Most likely, Shant H. is trying to remove him from the board of directors. In any case, the massive insider selling clearly indicates what insiders think of SPDE's prospects.
