Thanks for a quick response.... so we've determined that Wi-LAN's devices now have SNMP message compatibility, but probably SNMP 1 since SNMP 2 hasn't been standardized, and that ideally the Wi-LAN devices should be compatible with RMON (Remote Monitoring?) technology.

So a question to Hatim: will (or do) the Wi-LAN network devices work with RMON?

The products will operate without manual intervention. The products do assign the load and priorities automatically. If the user wants to change the configuration, he/she will do that through SNMP, a manual switch or RS232. The products do assign the load and priorities automatically.

Nathan, you seem to be implying there is better than SNMP out there and specifically better wireless products in this regard. Could you enlighten the group please?
