Times bus section was titled: "Has the US Economy entered a golden era?" Just the kind of new paradigm stuff seen at market tops. Also as contrary indicators I remember a big positive story in the bus section on GE around mid July 98, on FDX in May and on Sunday there was a center page spread write up on Microsoft. For laffs in the funnies today picture of a bum panhandling on the sidewalk with a sign: "lost everything doing online stock trading" with two suits staring at him and saying "yeah, but i'll bet he saved a bundle in commissions . . " -g- bb
