Vman: Just goes to show how much the 'street' is self serving. the last announcements clearly added up to needing more cash. (The numbers were quoted to system start, a rolling start no less, and that is to be in the fall - requiring more money to make it to the new year.)
Just dont like it when they pick on a stock I love. (yea I know, but when you have been through as much as I (we?) have been, it is tough not to get attached.)

At least it takes a healthy drop to erase the last week's gains, I remember to many times that could have been done with a 1 point drop!

It's been known since June that Loral was going to get some warrants in return for guaranteeing the 500M$ debt. Wouldn't this shelf registration have been required to authorize those warrants in any case?

RE: "BS has promised they didn't need any more money, which is
obviously wrong."

I thought Bernie said G* needed an additional $600M at the last conference call. They recently secured the $500M line of credit which still leaves a need for $100M. Am I missing something or is this shelf registration the vehicle to complete the funding?

No change in the script for 1-877-SATPHONE.

Today's info: phone cost is now $1000-2000(!), $1-2/minute for service, with start in November.

In other words, no change. No progress. Most importantly, no clue.
