And if I may add.....

how dare the IR department tell a stock holder that they should liquidate their position....umm..anyone remember the constitution and the 1st ammendment....Marc can say whatever the hell he wants whenever he wants....we don't have to listen....his information has not been erroneous and once again the IR department has shown just how testy they can be...whenever someone questions or criticizes, immediately a counterstrike must be issued and released...

work on the updates for albertson's and fresh choice....etc....oh and don't forget Outback steaks....and let Marc say whatever he wants...you don't have to listen...just change the channel...do your own DD and take what Marc says for what it is....an opinion....

From La Guardia GFS:

We were hopeful that MDMI would produce financials prior to Jan. 2000, and we continue to be hopeful. That being said, we have received no definitive response from Mr. Verrill, insofar as an exact date is concerned. I can tell you that MDMI has retained a local accounting firm to handle their audit, and I can confirm that they have hired legal counsel to draft the 10k. MDMI has only recently gone through a major restructuring, and Mr. Verrill has been working diligently to cull the non-profitable sectors of the business. This should make an impact on the financial status of the company, in addition to several new contracts (Albertson's, Bawls, Zing-Zang, JCIC, iChargeit.com) which will impact the bottom line as well. This is a strategic decision being made by Mr. Verrill, and we support him (based on his outstanding track record) in that decision.

I can report to you that the Albertson's "trial" is going well, and MDMI is currently negotiating with them to bring additional stores on-line. There are currently no numbers available for public release, based on the progress of the existing contract. I can tell you that AS SOON AS MDMI adds any additional Albertson's stores to the original contract of 9, we will report it via e-mail to our client base, along with any press!
