Leo How's it going Leo? Well looks lik they reorganized the "deal". $7.30 per share no sliding scale. I like that better. What are the tax consequenses of this takeover when I recive my ORB shares? Is it like a sell buy? I bought in Dec. and I'm sitting on a really nice gain, so if I can wait and turn it into long term I will.. though I believe in Orbs future, and would hate to see it run before the transfer occurs. Still holding COOL at 10 3/4... should have sold that when it first dipped, but havent had a losing trade all year, and held a little too long. I still believe I will sell it at a profit, but could have done better with the cash. hope summer treated you well. Mark
