I trust that the company will make the filings in a timely manner.

IF you doubt that...like I said, call the company and the Investment Bankers and ask them. Mr. Mosich is the guy you want to talk to at Haggerty and Stewart. [And BTW - they generally only deal with companies whose revenues are 50-75 million per yr.]

Your comments are most welcome, Paul. I think our lurkers and shadows should keep in mind the nature of a PR flack on the string. This or any other BB is not for any but the gambler at heart, but I agree with you, I want to have some outside and reliable source of data to improve my odds. As noted earlier in this string I have this one on Money Tree which is the way I handle the bet. It has worked well for me over the years. The easy part is over for now though, as after selling 50% of my initial equity with each 100% move up, I now have to set nets (open buys) . This worked well today with a last money tree sell just before 9 on a gtc and a buy back at 5 1/2 and a double down at 4 1/4. I 'm back near my original share count and have twice that to play else where This is fast a cycle is rare to say the least, and fun.
