According to the letter from DW in e-mail, every CMGIer who participated in the DSP (Directed Share Program, to answer your question from earlier) received 100 shares... Are there any people who applied through Wit/DSP (and confirmed their Affirmation Request last night) that *didn't* receive 100??

Mohan: I can only speculate. Wit capital got 100,000 shares. If every CMGI shareholder who made Conditional Offer through the affinity program got 100 shares, then, I think all CMGI shareholders requests are filled since there are shares left for non CMGI. The letter to CMGI's clearly indicates that they have priority. There is no expectation that you would hold the shares for 60 days.

Best regards

Paul
