If you went through the 87 & 89 crash, AND you still have money,
then you should know what to do. You could have been scared
out in 87 & missed the next 9,000 points on the dow!

The market will fluctuate. That doesn't mean it only varies
by how much it goes up daily. It means BOTH ways.

Just my opinion

Regards,

Doug

Here's my advice:

buy, hold and diversify. You'll see, your worries will disappear. ;-)

johnd, didn't you do the same thing last quarter, but with all your shares, and then buy back in later at a higher price? Maybe it was two quarters ago, but I clearly remember you turning from bull to bear to bull. One of these times you're going to seriously hurt your returns if you keep this up. At the very least, you're ruining your credibility on this thread by flip flopping so often.

Since it's tempting to trade online but you are really a long term hold type player, I think you'd be better off if you didn't follow msft as closely. I'm saying this in the most positive sense, John. Just look at your statements once a quarter, and smile :-).
