Partially. He is half right, which is better than most people on the internet. I was paid a $5,000 referral fee in Dec 1998 and 100,000 shares for creating the strategic alliance with Xybernaut, in Feb 1999. Other people have made that out to be more than it is because I was a cheerleader for the stock, but they have the right to be wrong, and it isn't worth it to me to try to dispute them.
