The funny sh$t continues with VTCH. Notice how the stock traded in the $10.50 range all day, the market closes and a 39,300 shares block comes in at $11.125.

I've already informed the SEC through your contact. But someone has to look into these shenanigans. This is not a normal market clearing process.

I think it has to do with the convertible preferred coming out with over 2.3 million shares. the conversion price is surprise, surprise $11, where all those big blocks are trading.
