Good point, but wrong question, VISX.

To restate:

Since cities and the NAACP are filing suit against gun manufacturers for the misuse of their product, will the Kennedy's sue the small aircraft manufacturer, even though it is clearly pilot error?

Not a chance,had JFK jr. survived we would have spent much time and energy comforting him in his grief,followed by an investigation that no doubt would have ruled out pilot error despite the findings.Probably some mechanical failure within the luggage depository caused the baggage to shift at a strange angle,or perhaps mafia involvement in retaliation for Joes' bootlegging moving in on their turf.Forgive me,great guy and I'll miss him too but no way last name of Kennedy gets felony conviction.Just ask Joe Sr.,Ted,Michael,so on....
