Bill,

Starting to wonder if Cohu will be valued higher much this go-round. Real earnings and orders did not produce much of a kick. Now, as the rest of this overpriced sector starts to correct, so does Cohu.

TER's orders looking good.

Dave

Bill,

Your post is spot on with respect to comparing Cohu vs Ter. Price disparities do not correct overnite so I would expect Cohu to continue to move up strongly and Ter to flatten out. Cohu at $41 per share vs Ter at $69 is totally illogical but that is what makes a buying opportunity. Next quarters earnings comparison will be really interesting. I doubt if Ter will hit 60 cents and Cohu will probably exceed 80 cents. I personally think we will see a much longer bullish cycle for this sector than we saw in 1997 so the earnings for Cohu will most certainly blow past the old high.

Good luck!
