Actually on a sequential basis, excite had greater page view growth at
approximately 5%, compared to Yahoo with an approximately 3.3% growth,
both of which are not impressive based on prior history, but could be
due to seasonality.

I would be interested in knowing the breakdown of the rev #. Last
quarter excite had 54.1M in rev, with Athm 25.1M, and so approximately
25M rev growth sequentially. Where did this come from?

<<<The # of homes upgraded is still moving at a glacial pace.

17 million this quarter,
15 million last quarter,
13.2 million the quarter before.
I couldnt find any mention of total homes passed. Did anyone else see that? It was 65 million last quarter.>>>

Eric, if all 65 million were upgraded, and the current ratio of subs to upgraded homes passed is 3.6%, then We'd only have about 2 1/2 million subscribers. Maybe ATHM can get higher ratios internationally?
