Perhaps the SEC found the annual reports confusing as well and thus started the probe into ELN's accounting practices. I think this is a great company (35% net margins), with a good pipeline of products. However, upside may be limited until this SEC thing clears up. The CFO recently dismissed the inquiry, and said it should be resolved in a few weeks. IF the SEC says everything is cool, then the potential of this stock can be released. Tom
