Walter,

Now I'm finally nervous about this stock.

The last time I remember you posting a price prediction was when you felt the stock would go to $0.03/share.

I hope that you aren't a contrary indicator of the price direction!

Just kidding,

Jim

Walter,

Once again you are using the wrong orifice from which to speak. The decrease in the stock price was nothing more than a reaction to the profit taking sentiment in the market as a whole.

When EDIG partnered with Lanier, Intel, Lucent, IBM and others, noone thought that was BS. When you are creating cutting edge technology products, the market likes to know that other larger companies have confidence in what you are producing. This partnership just further validates EDIG as an OEM.

>>Gary Johnson, DSP Audio Manager at Texas Instruments, and a founding member of SDMI, said, "TI is truly excited about the collaboration between e.Digital and Liquid Audio to create a secure portable digital music system for use with TI's DSP<<

If TI is excited about this partnership, I want it to happen. Walter, I think you need to reread the latest PR.

We should see a turnabout in EDIG's stock price tomorrow if the overall market sentiment is rosier. IMHO

Walter, I don't usually try to predict EDIG price movements, but based upon the history thus far this year, one could foresee a likely scenario:

1)2-4 weeks: LU/TXN/EDIG announce that their prototype player has been licensed for manufacture by someone to be named later- EDIG pops to >5, then retraces to 3 1/2.

2) 6-8 weeks: Major OEM releases contract details, sales projections, etc. and EDIG pops again to 6-7, then bases at 5.

3)8-10 weeks: INTC advanced voice recorder details released and Lanier announces sales volume and additional orders, EDIG moves up again to 7, bases at 6.

4) By October, EPAC/MicroOS becomes leading technology for music players, lots of licenses are contracted, EDIG hits 8-9.

5) Late January when player sales figures are released, expectations aren't met and EDIG falls to 6.

6)Spring-Summer of 2000, VTT/TTV products announced, EDIG runs to new high >10.

etc, etc, etc....

All this, naturally, is pure speculation on my part. Any number of factors could come into play to affect EDIG share prices in either direction. I frankly believe that my guesstimates are conservative, and that the right combination of events could push EDIG beyond 20 by January. But "the future's not ours to see, que sera sera."
