Yiwu, Thanks for the Site! I think you need a couple of decimal points in the S&P total amounts. Sorry, it's just accountant in me. <g> Actually, I believe splitting the year into two time periods with one ending October 31 is doomed to present flawed results. We have had a few nasty Octobers with the recovery in the subsequent months. My research showed that over the last eleven years, August has been the most unkind to investors (October was the second worst). History says that the next few months are not very good to the bulls. Time for Jack (and Jill) to be nimble. Berney
