Uncle,

Re: Laptop

Last week I ordered a dell laptop.

Mainly based on the 15" TFT screen.

I too want to be able to watch movies and got the DVD option.

I went with the Celeron 366 due to lower power consumption and a price of $2300 wasn't bad at all.

Frankly unless you are a real power user the Celerons are great value and perform very well.

Good luck with your choice.

Regards,

Kash

I am reading, flying through 600 or so posts on Dell PII 300. Just returned from a weeks cruising in Alaska. The Dell is a great machine only downside its a little heavy. (Over 8-9 lbs.) Other than Intel's going with an alternative 133 what else have I missed. TIA
