All: I really like the look of the follow small cap issues, some of which were brought to us by IC members here:

IONN - Is getting noticed, great volume compared to avg. recently
APLX - Would love to see just one more day of weakness here. Linux play.

Johnson and Johnson announces new birth control patch. Ought to go crazy tomorrow and fuel the drug sector. Right now I'm looking to buy on any dip tomorrow. I've got a feeling today's action was just a climax correction blip needed to get fresh money and momentum into the market. Afterall most earnings have been great. The market needed the sell--ff and now things look reasonable priced again - in fact there are many many bargains now. I see DOW 12000 this summer and I see sector rotation continuing. Afterall if MSFT can hit 100 why shouldn't smaller companies with great earnbings and minscule PE's at least be able to get back 50% toward their recent highs. Many are still stuck in the doldrums. And I do not see any grave economic problems in the world right now, knock on wood. In fact we all ought to be thankful for this economic environment to invest in. Never in my life have I seen such low interest, low unemployment, high profits, tech revolution and general feeling of well-being.

I am glad I bought today and will continue tomorrow.

PS - Strangely enough I believe the JFK Jr. tragedy may have been the emotional trigger for temporary pessimism on Wall Street. When life looks grim people don't take risks. We all still mourn his loss but life must go on. Afterall the market is just as much about mass psychology as dollars and cents. Sadness or fear makes for uncertainty, anxiety and loss of confidence in life. That translates directly to the markets which needed a correction anyway.
