very good price-- imho Suggested retail price for the QCP-1960 is $99.99, for the QCP-2760 is $129.99 and for the pdQ is $799.99. Both models of the Thin Phone and the pdQ phone will be available through Sprint PCS later this year.

the real issue with QCOM is that is the one area where there is a true"bar to entry" - everyone and his mother is starting up a .com --a little cash, readily available for a pound of flesh, and anyone gets in - NOT SO with QCOM --

This stock should be priced at its growth rate about 40-50 PE.

I don't think this old rule of thumb holds anymore. Stock valuations are highly dependent on long term interest rates. So in a relatively low interest rate environment you must multiply the growth rate by some factor greater than one (I don't know what).
