A split of CNXT was only mentioned as a possible scenario. I have no indication (other than a gut feeling) that this is going to occur. CNXT is a recent spinoff of ROK and has risin dramatically this year. I think it's ripe for a split, but of course I'm not sitting in the boardroom. All JMHO.

Hi MC, hope you're having a lovely summer and it's nice to see you around again. When CNXT announces earnings figures, some of those reason$ that it split in the first place (expenses for new sales and r & d were skewing the earnings of the other divisions within Rockwell) should be showing themselves on paper. Agreeing with Joe that I wouldn't be surprised either if they announce a split. Seems like it would be good timing and a wise move now... simply because the share price has quadrupled since the spinoff, & also if they don't split after the way it's risen, some momentum would be lost as it's settling in alongside its sector peers as we speak ! So it's good timing now for a split to get it attention and help the share price to hold its value alongside the rest and natcherly an increase of my shares would be to my taste! And if I knew A Big, I'd say the same thing in front of a display board in the Boardroom, front of charts and a tape recording of crowds cheering at the world series to sell it; then afterwards I'd say to the waiter At The Power Lunch....
