GBT is Amex. Highpoint is HGP.AL in Canada. You are correct that GBLX and QWST have fiber from them. Not sure if QWST helped pay for their portion or not. GBLX bought some.

Well, you have to be careful here. I just made a mistake on the fibre. It was bought and/or negotiated with Bestel which is owned by GBT. Highpoint is partly owned by GBT. I think 50 %.

Try this for some facts. GBT is a holding company in my opinion. I bought in.
