Was advised by a WIT rep after waiting 20 minutes on hold that I was not allocated any ENGA shares as they ran out and it became a first come first serve type situation. I asked the rep why I had not received any e-mails since my account was opened on 7/12 and he verified that they had my correct e-mail address but had no explanation as to why the lack of communication. I then asked him how to go about closing the account and getting my $2K back after he suggested I go after other IPO's. He said I needed to fax a letter to 212-253-4460 as they will not accept an e-mail requesting closure. I'll send the $2K to my Schwab account as WIT has a lot of growing up to do IMO.
