NR-- that is nearly impossible for me as there are too many catagories and some I am not familiar with. I do not get involved into the spending on facilities to support equipment. There are labor, expensed, capital, emergency funding, etc. The catagories are broken down into different accounting periods depending on supply ordering cycles and contractor availability. Much was forcast months ago and purchasing will spread some equipment over the entire year. The fiscal year begins in Sept and much of the budget is spread--- a little high on the 1st qtr with hopes of carry over into summer and without too much unforseen and savings in some areas Aug Sept can be heavy or tight. There are too many facilities over too many thousand sq miles for one mgr to be responsible for it all so it is broken down and tracked by Finance. Also there is more than one type of funding,,, local budget, items covered by a district office and at times funds can be transferred in or puled back depending on the international requirements,, yes budgets can be adjusted mid year.
